	Insight Fitness Ltd was set up as company director Peter Barkley found increasing numbers of people were asking for his expertise with regard to nutritional tips and excercise schemes which would improve their physical fitness, well being and confidence.
	Peter Barkley - BSc (Hons) Sport & Excercise Science
	Peter a friendly fully qualified personal trainer, listed on the Register of Exercise Profesionals (Membership Number R0041980), has a long history within the fitness and sports training arena. A graduate of the acclaimed Loughborough University, Peter has worked with Arsenal FC as junior football coach for ?? years. Peter has played football at a professional level and has caps with England School Boys and a club history including Dagenham and Redbridge, Leyton Orient.

	Dan has worked in Lifestyles Health Club since 2004, and this has developed his ability to deal with clients from all over the world, with very different lifestyle and fitness abilities.
